Natural Painted Boundaries

It shows a young boy in the background looking into the lens while implementation the camera, and a little girl in the foreground with her hand on the frame with fingers outer surface of what would be the natural boundaries of a posed environment.

This historian has optional that the view we see is in fact that of a lanternslide as it would shown in painted form, thus the name, and the slight humour in combination the two discoveries in the same picture. It is not branded if Van Loo painted lantern slide. The painting resides in the National porch of Art.
